- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flexible and dependent on cost on training. Typically, I can meet or beat any trainer that is at a fixed location because I travel to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to show off my credentials. As I am a CSLB (California State Licensed Contractor). Typically, I ask for a way to transfer a few PDF files 'Brag" about my status.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 15 years in the medical field with GE medical Systems and I learned a lot about care, first aid, and customer relationships. I am currently a good friend of Vince who lives in Denver and he suggested that I start training for him here in California. I started mid 2018 and have had so much fun doing this and helping people.
