FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication. The more we know of what the customer has or has not been dealing with is important. Inspection of the home and property are key to resolving pest issues, and then identifying the type/species of bug we are dealing with.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
In 15 years i have worked with easy going customers, short tempered customers, detailed engineering type customers. We are very diversified.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
January 18 2016 bee job. This gentleman and his wife had just discovered they had bees flying into their attic, they thought it had been only a few days the bees had been there. Once we talked over the details of the job along with the cost, we soon found out that the hive was pretty sizable and that it had been there close to 3 years. It took me right around 5 hours to do the job, and it just shows that bees are fast workers because of the sheer number of bees working together in a colony.
