To help people live a healthy active lifestyle on a schedule that works for them :) I love helping people grow physically, mentally, and personally through my coaching. I absolutely love seeing people light up as they learn to love them selves & challenge themselves on a regular basis!

When I first started my exercise program, I wasn't sure what to expect. I'd never done anything like a crossfit class before and I hadn't really done anything for over 5 years. Michelle Alvis was the perfect fit for me. She was able to take a relative newbie like me and incorporate my level of fitness into her routine that didn't hold back the more advanced class members, and still kept me working hard but able to continue at a pace that I was comfortable with. Michelle's passion for training and helping others reach their goals, not only in fitness but life in general, is truly a calling of hers. She has an incredible ability to make you feel comfortable while working your tail off at the same time. Michelle has the knowledge and expertise to make anyone feel great and confident in their ability to reach whatever goals they are set out to accomplish. Her fitness level, passion, attitude and enthusiasm are going to blow you away and make you want to come back for more! I would highly recommend Michelle, you will be in great hands with her as your guide and teacher.

I have taken many fitness classes from Michelle and they were nothing short of amazing! She is a very positive and motivating person, her interest in wanting to make you better is what seperates her from any other trainer you go to for training. The energy, enthusiasm, and dedication she has to impacting people in a positive way truly make her a phenomenal trainer and person.

Michelle holds herself to high standards in making your experience memorable. She makes working out fun and exciting and keeps a smile on your face while training. Michelle has exceeded my expectations as a personal trainer and health coach. Not only is she skilled and knowledgeable, she is also very down to earth and outgoing. She works around your schedule and is always quick to respond. She’s basically my life coach now, she is indeed an incredible person! So the workouts are great, I’ve never worked with another trainer that pays so much attention to form as Michelle does. She will be tough on you, push you, and inspire you. Just sweat, get through the workouts and watch the unhealthy pounds fall off and turn into solid muscle. My athleticism improved after only a few sessions with Michelle. One of the coolest things ever that I had no idea was coming from this, is Michelle’s knowledge of nutrition. She made this process very simple for me and saved me a ton of money in the long run. She wrote my grocery list and gave me an easy to follow eating schedule, which was specific to my personal goals and the workouts that she puts me through. The meal prep is easy if you know what to buy, I just followed the schedule that she gave me and I feel amazing, every single day. I sleep better, my skin doesn’t break out anymore, and the results I keep getting from her workouts has completely changed my life.
