Lloyd: At the present time I am unable to make a recommendation for you for the following reasons: 1) The switch in the garage quit working and has returned to the condition it was before your associate repaired it; 2) You never picked up the flashlight you left here; 3) You never picked up the tools I offered you; 4) Since you are changing referral services, I have to assume you lost being featured on Home Advisor again; however ,I am satisfied with the faucet replacement work. never the less, I worry about your ability to carry a job to a proper completion.

I reached out to Lloyd originally for a quote for a fence job. When he arrived he shared he does lots of handyman related work. He sent me a quote for the fence job, then he verbally gave me some promises about warranty work. I asked him to include those in the quote estimate. He never sent me anything. In the process of discussing other jobs, I had an issue with a DR trimmer/mower. I looked on DR's service site and Lloyd's Services was listed. Lloyd picked up my one month old refurbished trimmer/mower and took it to his "shop" to fix. After four weeks and receiving "the wrong parts" DR Trimmer said they'd send me a new trimmer/mower. Lloyd stated he would return my machine so I could send it back to DR Trimmer, after over a week from the date he said he'd return it, I still don't have it. He will not return my text, emails or calls. I now have filed a report with the Bell County Sheriff and have a case # with a stolen $1100.00 trimmer/mower. It seems Lloyd will say about anything to get a job then other things will become a priority and he no longer follows up. He will have numerous excuses on why he is not responsive. He is VERY responsive until he gets the job or believes he may not get a job. I will update here if I hear back from him along with his reason for not replying to any communication for over a week.

We evaluate the job and do an estimate. We try to inform the customer of any unforeseeable possibilities and come to an agreement on a buffer in the price just in case.
