FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flexible scheduling and payment plans for my services. I accept several major insurance plans, to include Scott and White Healthcare, Tricare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients begin with a phone consult to determine what the client is looking to work on in therapy, payment preference, and insurance verification if applicable. Intake appointments are then set to provide information to clients about the rules of therapy, how I work and for the client to make a more informed decision as to whether a therapeutic relationship with me would benefit them. A therapy commitment usually follows a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule until the client’s goals are met and maintained.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor and maintain licensure with the State of Texas Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. I am also certified in Counselor Supervision for Licensed Professional Counselor Interns.
