- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are always flexible. I like to find a price that both my client and myself are happy with. I'm not a greedy price gouger.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first priority is making sure my customers get exactly what they want and need. We discuss on the phone in detail about their expectations. I always make an extra effort to make sure the shoot is fun and my clients are comfortable. My doing so, I put on their favorite music and offering them a beverage. My mother raised me in the deep south to be highly hospitable. Once the shoot is over I look through the photos with my client and edit a few for them that day. Everyone loves instant gratification.
