Will did a terrific job on our basement finish! He was extremely responsive and kept us informed at every step along the way, and was also very flexible as some of our preferences changed during the project. Finished on time, and all work was high quality.

we were thrilled with Will's work! Our basement has been completely transformed from just a concrete slab to two additional bedrooms, a den, laundrey room and a full bath with a double shower... even the inspector who came out for final approval was very impressed! This not only increased our living space by 1100 square feet, but our property value increased quite dramatically as well. Will's time table was very accurate! I would highly recommend his contracting services...This is a young man with tremendous skill.

As a real estate investor I've been having a difficult time finding a 'builder/highly skilled carpenter/all around great handy man' to help me with the tougherprojects on my most recent purchase. I had a new deck railing on the second floor of my house that needed to be re-built to code, structurally sound, and remain waterproof. Will was the only contractor who knew the exact building code for the railing and had the skills to build the railing structurally sound. He also worked closely with my roofers to ensure all work remained water tight. Just amazing. Yet Will's full skills weren't on display until i had him rebuild a flight of stairs. Being an older home, the stairs going to the crawl space were not to code, and unsafe. The existing stairs would need to be completely torn out and rebuilt to code. I must have called 15 stair builders, but no-one could take on this project (either they didn't want to demo the stairs, didn't have the skills to re-build them to code, or the project wasn't big enough). Will saved me. The final product was beyond my hopes. Additionally, Will is a fantastic communicator, respectful, and very responsible. I couldn't have hoped for someone better.
