FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee's are different due to insurance, equipment and skills. My classes are 8 week packages meeting once a week. I can come to homes however you are not getting what you want. You can take care of 98% of all problems in my classes. Other trainers will gladly take your money for more visits. In their prices to my classes you will get more to help you. This gives you more for the money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know the family. To see the dog. Who feeds, who is in charge. Is the dog taken care of proper. Is the dog aggressive to them or others. Are they willing to fix their problems or just give up?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended over 75 seminars on various types of training. I managed a major boarding kennel teaching me tons of training idea and behaviors. I sold pet supplies for several years this helps with behavior. I currently work for a veterinarian clinic. While doing all this I ran my own kennel and training center. The only one like that is on Tv. I worked hard to become the trainer I am. I continue to educate myself.
