- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients have the option to invest in coaching by the session at a rate of $125/1hr session or they can bundle sessions at a rate of $450/month (4 weekly one hour conversations). Other options also available by arrangement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a request from a potential client, we typically talk to understand needs and expectations for establishing a coaching relationship. If the match seems strong and the client is fully commited to growth, we set an appointment to do some initial assessment and discovery. By the end of the first session, the clients vision is firmly established and an action plan in place. In following conversations, we look at the weekly action plan to optimize successes and solve the challenges.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Master in Counselor Education and practiced as a School Psychologist for 10 years. During my time as a school psychologist, I was trained in models of coaching which I have now leveraged in working one on one with clients, as well as groups and teams.
