- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Website design and SEO stuff is not a standardized pricing thing. I work with each of you individually, taking your needs, your existing potential, your future potential, and your true desires to determine what I can do to help you and your business, and for what cost. The success of You and your business is my number one goal in sharing my services with you. Let's work together to determine what that means to you and at what monthly cost you can handle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make it easy and comfortable. If they prefer email, or even text, that's great. I usually need the basic details of their project. They can email me pictures, information, any other details they require, and then I get to work. I'm good at reading my client's needs. I often see what they quickly describe. Then I create their perfect site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Honestly, I started playing with building websites over 20 years ago. I have created business websites for others for the past 13 years.
