- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates fluctuate depending on the event and tasks required per project. ** Acceptable forms of Payment: Cash or check, and direct pay are also accepted. (ie: Chase, Venmo, direct email- bank to bank)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're always so excited to work with new customers, as it gives us the opportunity to think of new themes, work with new vendors and create a new experience for our clients. Our initial process starts off with an email from our clients indicating what they're requiring from us and what their vision is for the event. After the initial email we provide you with ideas, a quote and what our services include.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in this field years ago, as my parents were in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. In my 20's my parents asked me to take over all of the events for their restaurant and I grew a passion for events and the attention to detail.
