- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone consultation 2. Visit potential client and look at scope of work to be done. 3. Update estimate as necessary and present to client. 4. If agreed, schedule work based on client need and schedule. 5. Usually client pays 100% upon job completion but 1/3 of estimate will be collected before start of job for anything over $1000.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 yrs experience in carpentry, painting and masonry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since I was a young child, my father would take me with him to his side jobs on weekends painting, masonry and other handyman work. I took to it like fish to water and have worked since then with other contractors and professionals learning all I can.
