Anthony's response was immediate, he estimated the next day. Work started the day after. His level of skill and professionalism was remarkable as was his efficiency. The furniture was moved, the carpet and the extent of repairs and replacement determined in one day. The repairs and sanding smooth the next. Three days for application of coats of sealant. One more day for finish work like edge bevels where there were intersections between the newly revealed Oak and the previous remodel tile and bamboo laminate. We're entirely pleased with the results. All by a single guy, We'd recommend Emerald to anybody.

I was hesitant about having my hardwood floors refinished. I really did not want to spend the money. I spoke to Anthony from Emerald Floors and he seemed to have many years of experience. Once I realized the total cost for the job, it just didn’t make sense not to do them. Anthony came in lower than all other bids, was there every day on time, had the proper equipment, and did an exceptional job. I kept thinking to myself, I wish I had more floors for him to do. My floors are beautiful, and I am so happy I had them done. What a difference. I highly recommend Anthony, Emerald Floors. Check out my before and after photos.

Anthony came out on time and went striaght to work. He did exactly what he said he was going to do was respectful and nice and got the job done very quick. I dont know when the floors had ever been sand and polish before when he was done they looked brand new. Thank you Anthony.

My wood floors are gorgeous! I had 30 yo red oak wood floors that had never been refinished. Anthony brought them back to life. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He met my budget and was flexible with my timeline. I added wood in the kitchen which required lacing the old wood with the new Needless to say, it came out seamless. We also collaborated on the stairs - he refinished them with the most perfect weathered oak stain and I painted the risers. I can’t say enough about how happy I am!
