- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is the hourly rate for a residential home under 1500sqft over will be $45. If for a commercial business it will be one flat rate depending on the sqftg. If the cleaning includes organizing it will be $95 hrly. • 900 sq. ft. 2-bedroom apartment, 5 rooms o One-time cleaning - $70-$200 o Bi-weekly cleaning - $60-$125 • 1300 sq. ft. single-story home, 7 rooms o One-time cleaning - $90-$300 o Bi-weekly cleaning - $80-$150 • 2200+ sq. ft. two-story 3-bedroom home, 9 rooms o One-time cleaning - $150-$400 o Bi-weekly cleaning - $100-$180 • Window cleaning, interior (exterior if safely possible) - $20-$70 • Refrigerator cleaning (including removing and replacing items) - $30 • Oven cleaning - $25-$30 • Move-In/Move-Out - $190-$330 $35 to $50 per visit to a small office (less than 1000 square feet) to empty the trash, light vacuuming and dusting each visit
