- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic hourly, $40. However recurring clients can set up a base price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to meet with the client first before an actual cleaning. I want to know what your expectations are from me. What specific areas in your home need the most attention. I like to talk about product use. Then what services you will need; full house, half house, organization, declutter, staging, laundry, pet services, house sitting while on vacation , etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education back ground is a B.A in United States History from the State University at Albany. I have spent 13 years working in clothing retail. This is where I learned the tricks of closet organization, declutter, laundry, excellent folds, steaming, ironing, detailing etc. Since I worked for a National Retailer, cleanliness of a store that would see an excess of 5000 + people a week was a must. I also spent time in college working in a restaurant. This is where I learned the art of disinfecting!
