Dan cooked for a group of 9 of my closest friends and did his southern French inspired menu we found on his website. It’s was completely perfect. The flavors were bright and vibrant, and the fish and shellfish couldn’t have been more fresh. The salad was ridiculously good too. We’ll definitely have him back to our home to cook again very soon.

If you’re going to hire miseenplacesf.com, make sure to let Dan work with you on the type of experience. After looking at his website and seeing that he worked at The French Laundry, he had my complete trust. Originally we were going to have him drop the food off, but he explained that having more of a dinner party experience is the way to go. So we did, and the Italian American inspired menu from his site was better than I’ve had in most any restaurant.

So glad we found Dan's company on this website. From the first point of contact he was completely on top of everything. At first we wanted to have a cooking class, but after talking with him about the other types of experiences he could offer, we went with a demonstration/dinner party which was so much better than an actual class. We went with the Cotogna inspired menu and got to learn just as much, while spending time with our friends drinking wine. Perfect night!

Pricing ranges anywhere from $100 - $140 per person. We can offer lower than $100 per person, but it will depend on the size of your group and the type of food you'd like.

We start by settling on a date and time. Next, customers select menu items from out website or together we customize a menu based off of preferences and budget.
