Often because of this, the consumer believes they can also design the correct illumination needs for interior and exterior applications and this can be a costly and unfortunate common misconception.
LiteSync is a 40 year veteran electrical contractor, we know what the skill set is so therefore we trained further to understand the requirements for proper lighting design as it relates to lumen output, foot candle levels, color rendering index, IESNA standards and so on and so forth all terms/rules and performance criteria simply nowhere in the electricians training. Before you hire an electrician/handyman here take your time, talk to them then talk to us, it certainly will help you to understand the difference and their shortcomings. This shortcoming is why LiteSync trained and tested to become a CLC (Certified Lighting Consultant) with the American Lighting Association. It is why we are a member of the Illumination Engineering Society of North America. It is why...we understood our shortcoming with being only the electrical contractor and worked hard to be more so we could do the job right.
