- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is $65 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour, after the first hour we bill to the next 30 minutes. We charge 20% above our cost for parts. We also provide a 30 day labor warranty on software fixes and 60 day labor warranty on hardware fixes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client we work with has different needs. We start by our relationship with each new customer by learning about your niche and understanding your goals. From there, we develop a plan designed around you to make sure your technology is working for you. We can accomplish 95% of our fixes by remotely connecting to your computer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with computers when I was in 7th grade, granted, I was playing with my dad's old computers, that was my start. In high school I began working for my school to help maintain the computer labs, teacher's computers, and network. By my senior year I began working small businesses maintaining and expanding all aspects of their networks. I've been maintaining personal and small business computers for the past 10 years.
