- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, we work on a contingency fee basis. What that means is, there is no cost to you if we don't make a monetary recovery for you. You can come in and meet with us for a free case consultation to discuss your situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a free case consultation to discuss the facts of your situation. If you've been injured, we will need to know the details and what kind of medical bills you are incurring. We don't handle property claims-we deal only with injury and wrongful death cases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona in Tucson. I've been practicing law for nearly 30 years. I spent my early years as a federal prosecutor, which helped prepare me for practicing as a civil attorney.
