FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that even as I label JEGS distinct from the regular "underground economy" gardeners, I feel that my rate is more than competitive, in that: * My hourly rate currently is $25.00 per hour * The only proviso being that I need a commitment of a 3 hour gig, for each previously committed gig.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After establishing the client's gardening needs, I might describe my nurture in the Western Cape of South Africa, and how what I learned from family, gardening in a most similar climate to Arizona, and how that knowledge can benefit the client. After all, it is still the client's garden - and the client has to live with the desired result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training received in South Africa (the Western Cape) in absorbing and watching family conversing about succulents, cacti, and general gardening issues. [Absorbed via biographical memory]. Most of my experience, until 2015, came from reading and talking about Nature. Now, I am able to put that "study" to work for the benefit of the client.
