- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will do a job by bid or by the hour. It all depends on the job and what the Customer prefers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To talk with them and discuss all aspects of the job to make sure they are aware of whatever needs to be done and what should be done versus shortcuts. Which I do not like to do, but is the customer's decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two diplomas of welding. other then that I have learned on the job from others. Which to my knowledge that is the best way to learn.
