- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will bid any job, even removals of trees that other companies don't touch. I come out personally to bid the jobs and can work with customers most often on payment negotiations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically myself or my wife will come out and take a walk through with you and discuss what exactly you would like completed, which may include pictures. Then we usually discuss pricing options and phases of work that may be done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience and am a true senorita at heart. I enjoy learning about and educating clients on landscaping and specific plant, and tree choices. I also can detect sickness in plants and educate clients on disease and the effect those plants may have on their other plants or trees.
