Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: it's cliché but customer service is the most important thing for me. I'll feel like a family member hanging out, fixing your electronics. I'll be very professional, honest, and laid back, because I want you to be able to start calling me for your problems instead of searching for someone different every time. every computer issue is like a fun puzzle for me, so it's never really work I

Alex did a really great job when working on my laptop. He was more than willing to work with me in my situation. Dell had diagnosed the problem and said the hard drive needed to be replaced in order to fix the issue. Alex offered to diagnose it again at no charge to verify if this would completely resolve the problem. When he diagnosed the situation he found my hard drive was good and helped me fix the problem that was causing my web browser to become unresponsive and collapse the Windows tabs. My laptop now runs faster and when searching the web there are less delays/freezes. He did a really great job and I didn't have to buy a new hard drive. I would highly recommend him.

Alex was very knowledgable. I live out of town and he was willing to come to me but since I was going into town we picked a place and met ther. He was professional and if I ever need help again I will not hesitate to call him. I would definately refer him to my friends and family.
