FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In the trade and craft that I am in, every scenario is different. We price our services with a case-by-case structure that parallels the fluctuating retail market, difficulty, skill set required, and overhead costs required to complete the scope of work requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to establish trust and thorough understanding of my clients needs and wants. I achieve this process by building rapport and asking the pertinent questions about the individuals needs, likes, interests, and opinions. Listening is key!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have become who I am today in my business and in my general self awareness by serving; and I mean an actual restaurant food server at the ripe young age of 16. Working as a server taught me crucial salesmanship skills as well as social skills. Additionally to the salesperson experience, my father and grandfather are also carpenters. My father, being a cabinet maker, paved the way for my future career as the tradesman that resides in me today.
