- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with an initial phone call where the customer describes what needs to be cleaned. After we discuss the cleaning needs, we give out a price estimate. If the customer agrees to the price, we show up, look at everything and we talk through what we are going to do that day. We clean the carpets while setting the standard of excellence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 4 years of experience of cleaning carpets. I have cleaned thousands of units over the years and have been a part of more floods than I can count. I have been through training from the top professionals in the business and continue to do on-going training to strengthen my skills.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You want to make sure you know what the price includes. Many companies offer a "cheap" price but once they get on site, they tell you that you need pre-treat. Which adds to the cost. Chapman Cleaning Company does not do that. Our price includes the pretreat and the cleaning. As well as a rinse to properly refresh your carpets.
