- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure varies from client to client and from project to project. We will do everything that we can to stay within the budget allocated for a project or if the scope of work does not fit within the allocated budget, we will give alternative advertising options that maximize that budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally start with an information meeting where we not only gather information on project, but on the company, product,and the main people getting involved. Once we have the information needed, we will proceed with a mockup or storyboard to convey the type of work we will be doing and an estimate to create that work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our clients range from various industries - auto, legal, retail, oil & gas, manufacturing, flooring, plumbing, and even aviation.
