- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our products have fixed pricing, but the combination that a customer chooses and the accessories they add, can create a huge swing in the price of a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most cost effective way for us to bid a customer's project, is for us to email them a basic measuring sheet and have them fill it out. Bring it to our design area and have a project manager design it, with the customers input, in 3D and price it out for them during the appointment. The customer can choose door styles, custom options and help with preferred layout in that one session. They will have a 3D design and a bid in their hand when they leave our office. We always do a final measure, at the customers house, if a customer wishes to use our services. If a customer needs us to visit a project first to discuss it, because of its complicated nature, that is not a problem, we are very flexible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified in the cabinet planning software we use. Our Tulsa location provides training for all of the other Premium Cabinet Dealers nationally.
