I'm kind of unsure if I even wanted to leave a rating. However I was really disappointed I had every intention on mowing my lawn Monday when my lawn mower wouldn't start. I couldn't get ahold of the guy that did it last season his phone was disconnected. My grass was already high and I needed someone to mow it yesterday(Wednesday)! I got on here wednesday morning and this company was the first one to offer me what I paid last season. I talked to him on the phone and he was super nice and was willing to mow my lawn yesterday (wednesday) and let me pay him Friday when I got paid! I got home about 6 last night and to my dissapointment my lawn was not mowed. I tried calling and left a voice mail. At this point I was frustrated and just needed the yard mowed so I went to the next quote to see if there was a different company that could get me in today.(Thursday) I went ahead and scheduled with a different company because it was late and if I was going to get it done today(Thursday)I needed to schedule it quickly. Speedy lawn services did leave me a voice mail last night to call them back at 732 pm. I did not get it until my phone was charged at about 8:00. I had already hired someone else at this point who was 10.00 cheaper and would come out today! This morning speedy lawn service sent me a text at 450 telling me they did not forget about me that they would be out this evening to mow. I kindly told him I already took care of it and was not in need of his services. It frustrated me with the text message because our conversation we had over the phone I stressed I needed it done yesterday it was already getting to high. So at this point I'm not sure if it was a misunderstanding or if I was actually forgot about. Either way it's taken care of by a different company. Speedy lawn service remained professional.

Yesterday while on the job prior to yours our customer requested additional services that took longer than expected. We like to handle all of our customers needs on site. I wanted to clarify that I normally set the expectation of the day of or the next business day and if i did not i do apologize about that miscommunication! I attempted to reach out to you at the end of that job as we were on our way to perform your work. My team works until sundown to meet our customer commits. Your phone was off so we made the decision to perform the work the next day thinking we would be inconveniencing you further by showing up later. I want to make this right and would like to offer you our services at the same price as our competitor. And whether you choose to accept that i would like to additionally offer one FREE mowing service for the inconvenience! Our Apologies! SPEEDY LAWN SERVICE

We have a standard pricing system within our scope of work. Some services vary suck as yard maintenance and tree removal. We have to view the work that needs to be performed to give a solid quote! But we guarantee no one can beat our price, or we match them!
