- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone consultation to discuss project scope. 2. Client approves and signs agreement. 3. Phone call or personal visit to explore the goals, objectives and projected outcomes of the project. 4. Review rough sketches and narrow down to one design. 5. Review finalized design. 6. Provide finished artwork in various formats to client after collecting payment.
