Calvin and Mary showed up right on time and did the job better than a plumber would have done. We needed 2 toilets removed and reinstalled, with one needing minor repairs. The job was done quickly and we are more than satisfied. Their prices are very reasonable and we recommend them highly! We'll use Simply Contracting LLC again, when additional work is needed. Thanks!
We rehired Simply Contracting recently (April of 2018) to do more work on our house and we are more thrilled than we were the first time! They changed out all our doorknobs, installed new faucets and bathroom fixtures (including cutting an access panel for our jetted tub, which the builder had failed to do), put in an over-the-counter microwave (where one had not been before), and put up some new light fixtures and smoke alarms. We have NEVER hired anyone who were so courteous, professional and extremely capable. If you want the job done properly, don't hesitate to hire Mary and Calvin. They are the absolute BEST!!

Used Simply Contracting for deep cleaning and handman repair. They showed up on time on the day agreed upon even though it was slippery winter weather. The home is spotless and repairs well done. Couldn't be happier and plan to use Simply Contracting again.
