I needed my AC fixed in a hurry this summer and Northstar was able to have someone come look at the problem that day then fix it the next morning. They did thorough, quality work without pushing me to fix more than I could afford. If I need help again, I’ll definitely be calling them.

Overall satisfactory except price seemed really high. They did upsell us a new unit but ours was almost 25 years old Not use to today’s prices I guess. They did help us work out financing. Very responsive. Done in three days during big heat wave. Polite people to work with.

We except all forms of payment, and financing on approved credit. We offer senior and veteran discounts (not combined). We offer low diagnostic fee, free estimates on replacement, and many other services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an in home appointment to see the scope of work. From there we give options on the service needed whether its repair or replacement with up front, flat rate pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians / installers have been in the HVAC/plumbing industry 10+ years, with half being 20+ years. Our field staff is cross trained in plumbing and HVAC so any needs you might have we have a 1 stop shop without having multiple technicians out to your home!
