- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Firstly, I offer a free 20 minute consultation on the phone which helps me get to know my client and their goals. The consultation will give me an idea of which service/package is the most suitable service for my client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 12 plus years of professional experience working in the fitness industry. I hold multiple certifications in Nutrition, Pilates, Personal Training, Boot Camp and Health Coaching as well as a degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences.
