Introduction: I offer nutrition and diet at no extra charge. I also offer personal training to include weight loss, body sculpting, resistance training and health and wellness coaching.I am a former Cop and former Marine so I have the most recent knowledge when it comes to diet and exercising strategies. I offer different types of training as well to include defensive tactics and military type training upon request. The military has diet and exercise down to a science and I truly believe the body is a science and easy to manipulate with the right information. I enjoy changing bodies and more importantly changing lives. As you will see in the price, I do not do this for the money I do this for my clients. In many recent cases, I want the results for my clients more than they do and I promise to not give up on you or let you give up on yourself even if that means you start seeing a different personal trainer after our sessions end. It's truly about YOU.

Scott is training me for my upcoming bikini contest. From the moment I met him I knew he was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He brings so much knowledge to the table which is important with this goal. It's nice that's he's training to compete himself so he understands what your going through. His background brings a no nonsense/excuses attitude which is what I was hoping to find in a trainer. I recommend if your looking for a trainer who will get you where you want to be, hire Scott. You won't be disappointed.

Scott is very knowledgeable. I have just started training with him and have already noticed an improvement in my energy level. I am 65 and he always makes sure I do things so as not to injury myself, but I am still being challenged. I really feel like he is helping me to gain strength.
