- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real estate is a contract for money and fees are always negotiable. When representing a buyer, most of the time the seller pays the Realtor fees for the buyer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know where you are in the process and what your understanding is. Each transaction is different and I do my best to adjust to the needs of the individual(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Foreclosure and Short Sale Resource Specialist and Certified Probate Specialist. I am currently working to obtain my Broker's license.
