- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer would be to first establish what it is that the customer is looking for to complete their special day. The next step would be to provide the customer with a contract of everything that we have agreed upon prior. After the contract is looked over and the customer is satisfied with the details, we require a $150 deposit to secure the date and time of their special event. A deposit is always necessary to schedule an event with our company.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started doing this type of work out of our love for people. More than that our love of seeing people capture those moments that are most precious to them. The people are what make providing these services worthwhile.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers of varied ages to assist them in making their events that much more special. No crowd is too small or large to accommodate. We provide our services at weddings, graduation parties, fundraisers, quinceaneras, birthday parties, etc. If the occasion is special to you it is special to us.
