She acted very professional when first meeting her but I waited 2hrs past our agreed upon time when she was supposed to start, with no response to calls. Five hours later she appologized and said she could be there immediately. I needed the job done so I agreed. Work was satisfactory but after the fact I discovered that she had taken several new items that I was waiting to install after she finished cleaning, to include a brand new garbage disposal. This is not a simple mistake of mistaking an item for trash either. Example; there were several cans of paint, she took the new cans and left behind the used cans in the garage. She was in a position where she needed money so I wanted to work with her, but clearly that was a mistake. She has since not answered any of my calls or follow up messages. If you do choose to work with her, be viligant what you leave out.

I do know when we did communicate again about the item it was a miscommunication and i will take full responsibility for that. You should be satisfied to know though after the acussations you have made on me i can no longer take jobs and have no work.

Christina,s work quality was satisfactory as she only performed a general cleaning. Will be able to assess more when she is assigned deep cleaning tasks! She was professional ans responsive and her value was on point. She met me ta my home at our agreed upon time.
