Introduction: Gymnanigans Strength Training studio located at 630 Tennessee St., Ste C in Vallejo is a comfortable, private fitness studio where woman of all ages and fitness levels can learn about nutrition and fitness. Strength Trainer Donna, will guide you through heart pumping Tabata sessions, strength training sessions with body weights and iron, flexibility sessions and more. To begin your fitness journey, all sessions start with a 1-1 Success session where your fitness goals and challenges are discussed which prepares you for success. Once your goals are established you'll go through various assessments to determine your current strength level, weight, goal weight and macro intake. Lastly, based on the session you subscribe to, a custom workout plan is created just for you. Are YOU ready? Where do I start , I'm truly thankful to have had the opportunity to be trained by such a sweet , carrying , and last but not least tuff trainer thank you for pushing me and for being a great example I'm truly inspired and encouraged that I can do this , sticking to my eating plan and work out
