I had made calls to several firms for an HVAC repair, but never got a call back. Next Day Air picked up on the first ring, and scheduled a service technician WITHIN THE HOUR!!! The technician came to our (out of the way) property, cheerfully accessed a hard-to-reach furnace, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem at a fraction of what we feared the repair would cost. To be honest, I can't remember having a MORE positive experience with any service firm, ever!! These people are fantastic, total pros, and SUCH a pleasure to work with. David Garibaldi says, "We contacted Repipe Specialists to repipe our house from the old galvanized pipe to new Pex Pipe as we had yellow brown water with no pressure in our shower, sinks, rust in the toilets. You couldn't turn on the sink while someone was in the shower or they would freeze as the hot water supply was the worst. From the time Randy came out and gave us our presentation on the repipe, we knew his knowledge and professionalism really impressed us and we took the plunge. The men doing the work took the time to protect all of our furnishings and flooring, were very efficient and knowledgeable, skilled and completed the repipe in the time quoted and maybe sooner. We were very pleased with the piping as now we have good pressure, clean water and no smell just like a new house. The city inspector even asked who had done the work as the walls were patched professionally and all piping was done to code. Inspector commented that it was one of the best jobs he had seen in this area. All we did was lighty paint. A lot of nice people were involved and we have already recommended Repipe Specialists to our friends and acquaintances."See more

Julio was a no-show on the day of our scheduled appt and then got lost and arrived an hour late for our rescheduled appt. He didn't bring any tools for the plumbing work and the fee he had quoted turned out to be total BS --- just a low-price lure to get the customer to bite. I canceled the project and found a better contractor elsewhere. Caveat emporum, yo!

I had my house repiped. They were very responsive and started the work right away. The work quality was acceptable and can improve with some supervision. As a bonus they repaired the walls they cut through for plumbing purposes. Price is very fair. I would recommend them but make sure you have Antonio oversee the job regularly and let him know what it is that you want exactly as the final product.
