- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a few different retainer and hourly options available for various admin, customer service, and data entry needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a 15-minute phone or video meeting and get to know my customers and their goals. If we click and I am able to accomplish what they are looking for we can get started right away or at the time they need me.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as a customer service rep in my late teens. I used to teach martial arts and would also work at the front the desk in-between classes. After college, I worked as an office manager for a small media production company and years later started to build my own company and clientele. I have a servants heart and absolutely enjoy what I do. I take great pride in my work and am always rooting for any individual or company I work with to achieve their goals.
