- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am now based in Valparaiso, Indiana. Although most of my work still comes from the suburbs and the city of Chicago. I am 100% willing to travel for my clients. Depending on the location we travel to I do sometimes charge travel fees. I offer discounts to returning customers and even though I have raised my prices I try to be fair to my returning customers who are so loyal to me!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process when working with a new customer is very simple. We first discuss the type of photoshoot they want, when/where, my rates for their service request, and what is included in their package! Then we meet and start making some magic! Also, any shot requests or themes or destinations my clients are looking for, I try my hardest to obtain for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors from Columbia College Chicago in Broadcast/Journalism and Film. I am also an artist, writer and designer. I pick of a camera and it just comes natural.
