- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate for adhoc requests is $15 per hour, I will estimate the time that it will take us for each task so that you are aware of the cost to complete it at the start. I have found that this level of transparency works best!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, I schedule an initial 30min - 1hour client consultation in your home or over the phone, to better understand your preferences and the types of tasks you would like help with right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree, and have been a personal assistant for over 10 years, as well as a mother of three beautiful children.
