- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide top of the line cleaning for all of our customers, In all of our cleans we use a 10Step process- 1. Inspect carpets- For conditions and damage 2. Move all small furniture and belongings off of carpet or floor 3. Place home protective barriers around home/office, such as corner guards, floor mats for hardwood floors. 4. Pre-vacuum all areas to lift all loose soils 5. Pre spray all flooring areas 6. Agitate to lift deep dirt and grim to have more thorough cleaning 7. Steam clean and extract all areas 8. speed dry with air movers 9. (Optional) apply scotch guard carpet Protectant 10. (Optional) groom carpet to lift all fibers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very different, Vivo customer service is second to none! We have the latest and greatest communication software that allows all our clients to be able to reach us with ease!
