- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have any price gimmicks or ""one week only sales"". There are no ""buy 2 rooms get 1 free"" type of stuff. We simply offer the best products from the best manufacturers, using the most qualified installers, at an everyday great value. Our prices are always all-inclusive, with no change-orders. Once we give you a price, it stays that way even if your job becomes more complex once we remove your current flooring. There are no surprises, and you will not pay your balance until you are completely satisfied with result.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time we work with you, we complete a free in home consultation with a digital inspection. We come to you with our loaded mobile showroom with hundreds of selections of Hardwood, Carpet, Tile, Vinyl, Laminates, and more. We even granite and mosaic tiles for back-splashes. We draw your home or area into a digital floor plan and assist in making the material selection. We then create a proposal based on what you have chosen. Once we confirm your order, our experienced production team works with you and your schedule to find a convenient installation time. After your installation is complete and you are fully satisfied with the results, your design associate will come back to make sure to answer any questions you may have as well as giving you maintenance tips. We carry a two year installation warranty, and of course the manufacturers' warranties always apply.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly in training with all the product manufacturers so we are on top of all the latest product attributes and installation technologies. It goes without saying that we are also continue training above and beyond what is required by the States of Oregon and Washington to maintain our licenses to install flooring and tile.
