- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them, ask them questions about the areas they want to have cleaned, find out their specific expectations, I want to make sure they get what they are paying for!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with the pickiest of the picky. I have worked with the nicest families too! I prefer to work with people who are picky, they tend to appreciate my hard work more! They tend to also notice how details make a huge difference in a clean.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Communication is the key, can you understand what they are saying? Do they speak the same language? Do you know for sure they are understanding the exact request you are making? Know exactly how clean you want it, wipe down and clean are two different concepts.
