FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing for both roof and solar needs depending on the scope of the work. Our typical roof mount solar pricing starts around $4.00 a watt. Our typical roofing price starts as low as $350 per sq. These price are depending on several factors and are a starting point. Pricing is set on all site surveys based on the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our customer's needs anyway possible we will review your project through phone conversations, free estimates, on-site or with the right information through email or a phone call. So if you would like call us between 9 AM and 5 PM Monday thru Friday to catch a live person and schedule a quote or check us out on the web. We offer free site surveys to review your project details and have found this to be the best way to provide a solid base to start a new relationship. We like to have all interested parties be present when meetings occur in hopes to keep your time and our time in mind with the goal of finding a solution to your project needs in a timely and effective way. In most cases we are able to perform a full roof or solar assessment in about a 60 minute time frame, and usually able to leave you a quote on the spot for your considerations with a detailed scope of work and all your questions answered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always looking to educate ourselves on all the changes going on in both the solar and roofing worlds. We have completed the training and pass the test in the following areas: NABCEP certified Solar Installer, trade ally of Energy Trust of Oregon, Certified Certainteed Roofing Shingle Master Applicator, Journeyman Electrical Card holders for Oregon and Washington Residential and Commercial Installations. We have completed the Outback off-grid battery back-up courses, Customer CARE program, and are members of Solar Oregon and Solar Washington.
