Although I can cook an array of various dishes due to cooking over twenty years, it's through my Culinary Degree that grants me the respect & knowledge of persevering nutrients, not over cooking food and maintaining food in the safety zone. It is my goal to keep up with the changing trends & innovate ways of cooking; I believe that cooking is an art that demands respect at all times.
