Josh installed a hot water heater for me. I appreciated is knowledge of all the different options of hot water heaters. He was great at communicating about timing of when he would show up. He did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone needing a new hot water heater.

Josh kept me informed on rescheduling my appointment since the repair was not that urgent. He showed up and took a look at the job and took care of the long over leaking exterior faucet. We had our countertops replaced without realizing we’d also need to coordinate separately with a plumber to have our sink and dishwasher reconnected. Upon reaching out to Josh and sharing some photos of the project, I received a speedy response and professional communication as we shared further details about the job. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Introduce ourselves to the customer, We Go over the project in detail so the customer is aware of everything we are installing or re-configuring, We discuss pricing and once we come to an agreement we start the project and finish the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 Years at Trade tech institute for plan reading & business. California Master Licensed Plumber. Washington Journeyman Plumber.
