Before he could begin the job, he helped me locate and open the main water shutoff valve, which was buried deep under a thick layer of soil. He carefully dug it out by hand, moved the excess dirt, and even cleared the surrounding weeds to make future access easier. He also explained why it’s important not to bury the shutoff valve so deep, which was really helpful. When flushing the tank, Jason took the time to walk me through the entire process and showed me how to do it myself next time. He also provided valuable advice on setting water temperature and pressure to keep the system running efficiently. The anode rod replacement was handled smoothly, and throughout the entire project Jason remained patient and thorough. Their pricing was very reasonable too — great value for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend Jason and his team for any water heater maintenance work."See more
