But we certainly let you know if the labor you are requesting falls out of the handyman rate ) Our estimates are FREE except the following: - if you need a bid for a house that you are looking into buying to flip it or fix so you can know if is worth buying - bids for negotiations while selling and buying just to be able to sell / buy the property. ** this type of bids will be charged per hour we take to make them as they are time consuming and is hard to find at the end that a bid was needed for negotiation and we dint have a chance of getting hired . We love restoring homes and have satisfied costumers. At Olvera construction our priority is to make you happy.

I needed drywall /Sheetrock work to 3 parts of my home. One area was a removal and replace to facilitate the exchange of a washer and dryer in a tight space that was too narrow without the removal of a wall on the stairwell. This team was able to accommodate my schedule and offered suggestions to reduce the cost. They accommodated patchwork on a last minute add on. Very tidy, their work was completed in reasonable time frame and based on my schedule. They answered all my questions, gave updates. I couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend and I would hire again.

We had to take one window + door out and replace them with a huge 9ft sliding door; and also we needed the front door to be replaced. For 3 weeks we bounced between 2 handymen who wouldn’t show up until we found Mauricio and his crew. I read some of the reviews who mentioned a language barrier…we live in America…there is an app called Google Translate…and if you are a professional and you know what you’re doing there’s not much to talk about. We are 100% happy with the quality of the work. They booked up months in advance so we are super happy they were able to get us in their schedule. We hope they will come again to help us because w e have lots of other projects. FYI…the pictures will not do justice to the quality and attention to detail.

SO happy with Olvera Construction! They removed all popcorn ceilings, and was so considerate of our things. Putting plastic down on all flooring, and walls, and bigger things we couldn't remove from rooms. We are in our 70's and trust this team with the outstanding work and work ethic they demonstrate. Very skilled and knowledgeable about lots of things. Definitely would have them back.
