- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet in person with new customers in order to fully understand the goals they have for their project. We meet and we talk about the different ways DW Outdoor Contracting can help achieve those goals and formulate a plan that best fits their budget and time schedule. typically we leave them with an itemized bid and sometimes multiple options for price points and services. If they decide to hire us a simple phone call or email is all it takes to start the scheduling process. We will then show up on the scheduled day and perform the work we’re hired to do and then bill the customer.
